Top corporations understand that maintaining fluid team dynamics is essential to efficiency and productivity in the workplace. The EastSail Corporate Teambuilding programme, sailed on Sydney Harbour is custom designed and proven to be extremely successful for participating companies. Experienced facilitators guide each team through a series of challenges which emphasise the importance of teamwork, communication and cooperation. EastSail's Corporate Team Building is a custom designed, experiential programme which powerfully enforces the importance of teamwork, communication, leadership, managing change and esprit de corps in the workplace.

The sessions begin with a briefing then move to the yachts where our experienced facilitators guide each team through a series of on-water exercises and challenges. A more thorough classroom session can be included. A debriefing session completes the day.

Full Day Team Building

For group sizes of 8 to 200

Includes:

8 -10 crew per yacht
Briefing session and team building manual
Tailored program design, on water support
Facilitator / instructor aboard each yacht
Full safety and equipment briefing, use of spray jackets
Debriefing
Lunch aboard Shark Island, morning tea, fruit and sports drinks
Enhancements - breakfast, BBQ dinner, specialist speakers , room hire

Half Day Team Building

For group sizes of 8 to 200

Tailored programme design, on water support
Facilitator / instructor aboard each yacht
Full safety briefing, post sailing debrief
Sports drinks package and fruit
